Terms of Service
These public terms are based on the additional license terms included in the Unnote store listing.
1. Product scope
Unnote is a quick scratchpad companion app and is not intended to replace a full notes-management system.
2. Permitted use
You may use the app for personal use or internal business quick capture.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you type in Unnote. Content is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export or share it.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for archiving important content into your primary note system when needed.
5. Restrictions
The app and binaries may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or reverse engineered except where applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Device processing and diagnostics
OCR processing runs locally on device. Optional diagnostic reporting may send technical crash data when enabled.
7. Warranty and liability
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Updates
Continued use after updates means acceptance of updated terms.
